One of the most important continents in terms of having many economic capacities is Africa (the second largest continent in the world), for example, more than 80% of the world’s diamonds and 60% of the world’s gold mines are located in this continent.
And according to the population of this continent, the countries located in it are a special opportunity for the Islamic Republic of Iran from a strategic and economic point of view.
Diplomacy is the management of international relations between individuals, groups and nations in the political arena, which is used in international relations. Daily there are many communications between politicians and world leaders. Along with these relations, there is a wide tool to become powerful in the actions of the international space.
Politicians try to create favorable positions for their country in various global arenas. In the past, diplomacy between countries was mostly related to issues such as the personal and family relations of the kings of two countries with each other or the issue of war and peace. But in the current situation of the world, in addition to them, issues such as commercial relations, cultural and scientific relations have also become the focus of diplomatic discussions between different countries with each other and between them with international organizations.

An example of these diplomacy is economic diplomacy, which increases domestic production by accessing foreign markets. Today, economic diplomacy is one of the main components of governments in determining efficiency. For this reason, it is necessary for the governments to consider a series of serious norms for the institutions and organizations doing this in order to achieve this position in the world and try to achieve it in the field of foreign policy by explaining and implementing economic diplomacy. The members of the diplomatic corps of the country or in a way the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not only responsible for the implementation of issues related to political relations between other countries; This ministry should establish a comprehensive relationship in economic, cultural and legal dimensions with the countries of the world in cooperation with other ministries.
